Banana Is The Best Fruit for Healthy Diet



Diet is not a good reason to avoid foods that contain carbohydrates. Carbohydrates play a very important to meet the body's energy source. Within one day, 50% carbohydrate intake is needed by the body.

Complex carbohydrates are the types of carbohydrates that is suitable for those who are on a diet, because will be absorbed by the body more slowly so as not easily hungry. One example is the red rice and processed products that are not refined wheat flour (whole wheat).

One of the recommended carbohydrate group is bananas. Bananas have a juice content of starch (resistant starch), which keeps the body satiated for longer term and to accelerate the body's metabolic processes. Therefore, the banana is very suitable to be a substitute for a snack.

Bananas have a low fat content. In a medium sized banana contains 12.5 grams of nectars and far more than other foods.

Another advantage of the banana fruit is rich in vitamins A, C, and B. In addition, these bananas also contain potassium which is one mineral that can help lower blood pressure. Banana also has other mineral content of magnesium.

So, don't  care if your friends call you " Monkey " because you always eat bananas.. You eat bananas because you want a healthy diet, right? -__-
