SPORT BADMINTON ( GOOD PLAYER in INDONESIA )

The Indonesia national badminton team represents Indonesia in international badminton team competitions and is controlled by the Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia, PBSI (English: Indonesian Badminton Federation/Badminton Association of Indonesia, literally meaning: All Indonesia Badminton Federation), the governing body for badminton in Indonesia. The Indonesian team has not been absent from the Thomas Cup tournament (world men's team championship) since it first entered and won the competition in 1958. 

Lucia Francisca Susi Susanti (born in Tasikmalaya, West Java on 11 February 1971); Chinese: 王蓮香) is a retired Chinese Indonesian badminton player. Relatively small of stature, she combined quick and graceful movement with elegant shotmaking technique, and rates among the most successful players in the history of the women's game. Sometimes her name is also spelled Susy Susanti.
She won the women's singles gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain and the bronze medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, United States. She retired from the world badminton circuit not long after her marriage to Alan Budikusuma (魏仁芳) (who had also won a badminton singles gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics) in February 1997. Susanti was the most dominant women's singles player in the first half of the 1990s, winning the All-England in 1990, 1991, 1993 and 1994, the World Badminton Grand Prix finale five times consecutively from 1990 to 1994 as well as in 1996, and the IBF World Championships in 1993. She is the only female player to hold the Olympic, World Championship, and All-England singles titles simultaneously. She won the Japan Open three times and the Indonesian Open five times. She also won numerous Badminton Grand Prix Series events and five Badminton World Cups. She led the Indonesian team to victory over perennial champion China in the 1994 and 1996 Uber Cup (women's world team) competitions. All of this came during a relatively strong period in women's international badminton. Her chief competitors early in her prime years were the Chinese players Tang Jiuhong and Huang Hua, and, later, China's Ye Zhaoying and the Korean star Bang Soo-hyun.

Bina Cita Utama school

Bina Cita Utama school is a National Plus School in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The name ‘Bina Cita Utama’ means ‘building excellent ideals’ or to nurture ideals, hopes and ambitions. Bina Cita Utama is the first ‘National Plus’ in Central Kalimantan, and is the first school in the province to use English as the primary language of instruction.
The Indonesian principal, Dr Gunarjo, a physics professor from the University of Palangka Raya, teaches math and science to the High School students. Karsten MacDonald, with ten years experience as an educator in Australia, is the Principal Counterpart. He also is the Primary School Coordinator and teacher trainer. 

History 
BCU School opened in Rungan Sari in July 2005 with 28 students. The majority came from Palangkaraya and surrounding areas, while some of the children were from the international community in Rungan Sari.
Time line: 2003 – 2005 : The school was a home tutorial centre with 12 students. 2005  : The school officially opened to the public as a registered school with 28 students. 2008  : In July 2008, the school year started with 52 students from Grade 1 up to Grade 12.
2010 – 2011 : Today the school has 81 students from Grade 1 – 12.

Step 1: Curl Your Hair

For straight or wavy hair, hold a curling iron vertically, and curl small sections at a time, carefully rolling the iron away from your face. For curly hair, apply a frizz-fighting cream to damp strands and air-dry, then use a curling iron for touch-ups.

                                                                                                       

Step 2: Tease at the Crown

Lift pieces at the top of your head and tease toward the roots to create height. Do this in small sections, spraying each with hairspray so they don't fall. When you have enough volume, gently comb back the top layer to smooth over any knots.

Step 3: Tie to the Side

Gather all of your hair into a low side pony, positioning it just behind your ear. Secure with an invisible elastic. Finish the look by tying a colorful ribbon in a bow around the elastic, then pulling a few wispy pieces out to frame your face.
